Alabama

5,300 acre property. Limited to 16 members. Member is allowed 2 bucks, 6 does, 2 gobblers. A shooter buck is to be 4.5 years or older. This lease is intensively managed on high end QDM. High deer density. Excellent deer genetics. Doe-to-buck ratio is 2:1. Good distribution of bucks in older age classes. We believe it is the best hunting and fishing lease in Alabama!

Three ponds totaling 40 acres. One stocked with bass and bluegill. Two stocked with bass, bluegill and crappie. Bass up to 13 pounds have been caught and released in recent years. Multiple bass over 10 pounds.

Camp area is a large concrete pad and barn overlooking the ponds. Member is allowed to set up an RV onsite. Water included in dues. Electrical service is responsibility of each member. This area is known for 140-160 class bucks. Our management objectives include enhancing natural habitat, improving doe:buck ratio, maintaining high acres:member ratio, limiting hunting pressure, protecting immature bucks, controlling predators, and selectively harvesting mature bucks.


Alabama

1,200 acre tract. Limited to 3 members. A member is allowed 2 bucks, 4 does, 3 gobblers. Shooter buck must be 4.5 years or older. This area produces 130-140 class bucks.

Our goal is to enhance natural habitat, improving doe:buck ratio, limit hunting pressure, protect immature bucks, control predators, and selectively harvest mature bucks. Lodge is a beautiful 2BR cabin overlooking a 16-acre pond stocked with bass and bluegill.


Georgia

1,600-acre timberland tract. Limited to 6 members. A member is allowed 2 bucks, 6 does, 2 gobblers, and unlimited feral hogs. Managed on upper-end QDM. A shooter buck must be 4.5-year-old or older. Lodge is a brick house on the farm. Managed lands in this area produce 130-140 class bucks with an occasional 150-class buck.


Georgia

1,700-acre cattle farm and timberland tract. Limited to 7 members. Prime deer and turkey habitat. Land is patchwork of mature hardwoods, nature pine-hardwood stands, and pasture sown in fescue and clover. A member is allowed to harvest 2 bucks, 6 does, 2 gobblers. Unlimited hogs. A shooter buck must be 4.5-year-old or older. Excellent deer and turkey hunting. Managed lands in this area produce 130-150 class bucks with an occasional 160-class. Campsite with water and power for RV.


Georgia

1,200-acre cattle farm and timberland tract. Limited to 5 members. Member is allowed to harvest 2 bucks, 4 does, and 2 gobblers. Unlimited hogs. A shooter buck must be 4.5 years or older.  Managed lands in this area produce 130-150 class bucks with an occasional 160-class.

Landscape is patchwork of timber and open ground. Includes mixed pine-hardwood natural stands, pastures, first thinned planted pines, pasture, hardwood bottoms along major creek, and hay fields. Dues cover lease, fall food plots, hunting rights, camp pad, well water, and year round access to property. Campers allowed. Barn with concrete floor, LED lighting, water and RV hookup. Room for storing tractors, implements and UTVs.


Georgia

720-acre working farm with lodging. Property is managed on upper end QDM. Limited to 3 members. A member is allowed 2 bucks, 2 does, 2 gobblers and unlimited hogs. Shooter buck must be 4.5 years or older. Dues cover lease, fall food plots, hunting rights, use of cabins, and year round access. Excellent deer and turkey hunting.

Habitat is mix of planted pines, pasture and hardwoods. Open land is manipulated to enhance wildlife habitat. Some are planted as winter food plots. Some are rotated in stages of early succession habitat. And some are managed for pasture and hay. Timber is predominantly planted pines, with mature oaks bordering fields and river.


Missouri

3,500 acre working farm. Limited to 4 members. A member is allowed 1 buck, 2 does, 4 turkeys. Shooter buck must be 5.5 years or older. Dues cover lease, fall food plots, hunting rights, and year round access. The farm and surrounding farms have an above average deer density. Quality of habitat is good to excellent. Managed lands in this area produce 160-200 class bucks.

Habitat is patchwork of soybeans, CRP, corn, hardwoods, pasture, ponds and creeks. Archery or firearm allowed. Candidates must be proficient at judging mature bucks on the hoof. This is a working farm. Landowner monitors the farm daily. Row crops and cattle are rotated.


South Carolina

1,300-acre property near Edgefield, SC. Limited to 5 members. A member is allowed 2 bucks, 4 does, and 3 gobblers. Shooter buck must be 4.5 years or older. Dues cover lease, winter food plots, hunting rights, minerals, and year round access. Excellent wildlife habitat. Property has been managed and lightly hunted for 10 years. Excellent deer and turkey quality. Managed lands in this area produce 130-140 class bucks.

Patchwork habitat includes first thinned pines, second thinned pines, natural pine-hardwood stands, and mature hardwoods along multiple creeks on the property.
